Site investigations & appraisals
Site assessments, desktop studies to include planning history, limiting factors and a review of planning policy, negotiations with planners, provision of site layouts and indicative drawings.
Using our good relationships with local planners we can undertake negotiations at an early stage of a project in order to identify the level of support for your scheme. These discussions will also involve Highways Authorities, Government Agencies (where necessary) and other consultees.
Preparation and submission of planning applications
Outline and Full planning applications: to include the provision of all necessary drawings to accompany planning applications, liaising with third party consultants if specialist assessments are required, Section 106 negotiations, site and photographic surveys, design and access statements and electronic submission of applications through the Planning Portal.
Preparing and submitting a planning appeal to the Secretary of State to include presenting evidence to the Planning Inspectorate, attending site visits and acting as an expert witness at informal hearings.
Review of Local Development Plans, representation of land owners and other groups to promote the inclusion of land for development or to protect land/buildings from development.
